At Crochetlink, we know how excited you are to meet your new handmade friends or start your next crafting journey! We are committed to processing your orders quickly and ensuring that your crochet amigurumi toys and DIY kits arrive safely at your doorstep.
Please review our shipping policy below to know exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Items & DIY Kits: Orders for our in-stock DIY crochet kits and finished amigurumi dolls are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Handmade-to-Order Items: If you ordered a customized or made-to-order crochet plushie, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for our artisans to craft your item with love and care.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship globally! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
To give you the best experience, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
Here are our estimated transit times (for US & International orders):
- Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3 - 7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons (like Christmas or Easter). We appreciate your patience as your fluffy friends make their journey to you.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can easily track your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders outside of our main warehouses, Crochetlink is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most of our small, lightweight crochet packages, customs issues are extremely rare.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Your satisfaction is our top priority! We package every crochet animal and craft kit with utmost care.
- If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us immediately at support@crochetlink.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
- If your package is lost in transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 15 business days, please reach out to our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and make sure you either receive your order or get a full refund.
