Returns
At CrochetLink, we stand behind the quality of our beginner kits and tools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting experience. If things didn't work out as expected, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specifically for our crochet kits:
- The kit must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The tubular yarn must NOT be unraveled, cut, or used.
- All included tools and accessories (ergonomic hooks, stitch markers, needles, etc.) must be present and undamaged.
Please note: Digital products, gift cards, and partially completed projects cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at crochetlink@outlook.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return in the email.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at crochetlink@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
