We want your crochet kit experience to feel clear from the start. Because craft kits include materials that can be opened, handled, or partially used, return eligibility depends on the item condition.

Return Eligibility

Unused kits in original condition may be eligible for return. Opened, used, damaged, or partially completed kits may not be eligible because they can no longer be resold as new.

Return Window

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return review.

Missing Or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it quickly.
